Adam Seymour-Davies

Director

Adam brings a wealth of estate agency experience with him, having worked in the area for over 20 years.

After obtaining an honours degree at Oxford Brookes, he worked for many years in hotel management in central London which furnished him with essential client relationship skills.

Living in Furzedown with his wife and children, Adam was a key member of the long-standing Aspire team in Balham from 2010 before taking on the Moyser Road office in March 2020; he has since established keen relationships within the local community and is excited about the company’s next chapter as Alexander Seymour in 2025.

A competitive person, Adam loves travelling, skiing and shooting. Above all though, he loves nothing more than to entertain friends with some excellent home cooking and fine wine.

Christopher Alexander

Director

Christopher co-founded Alexander Seymour with Adam, building on a successful career that began as a negotiator at Aspire in Balham.

He quickly rose to Branch Manager before taking the helm at Aspire Furzedown in 2020. Under his leadership, Christopher has proudly grown the business to become the leading agent in the area.

Christopher enjoys travelling, and socialising with friends and family in his spare time.

Isla Ward

Senior Sales Negotiator

Isla has had 6 years’ experience working within the property industry across both sales and lettings. Isla lives locally; having previously worked for a large corporate agency she felt that she wanted to work with an independent estate agent which has a focus on offering a personalised service to clients. Isla has a passion for helping both clients and buyers to navigate the ever changing property market and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Out of the office, Isla enjoys baking and keeping fit at the local gym.

Zoey is a deeply rooted member of the Furzedown community, where she grew up and now raises her two sons, currently attending local schools. Highly regarded and well-known in the area, Zoey brings her vibrant personality to everything she does, whether it’s her passion for baking and home cooking or exploring the local dining scene.

Saturday Office Manager

As a longstanding Furzedown resident, Jane possesses an intimate knowledge and genuine affection for the local area. Her extensive connections within local churches and charities underscore her deep community engagement. Jane finds immense satisfaction in her Saturday role, where she actively assists new residents in finding their ideal homes and integrating into the neighbourhood.

Beyond her professional life, Jane is a passionate enthusiast of the arts and drama, and enjoys singing.
