- Prepare and send the Draft Contract

Once everything is in order, contracts are signed by both parties.
6. Exchange of Contracts
Once the buyer’s solicitor has received their mortgage offer and cleared funds, we’ll agree on a completion date and move to exchange contracts. This legally binds the sale.
7. Completion Day
On the agreed day, your solicitor will confirm when the completion funds have been received—usually around lunchtime. We’ll then contact the buyer to hand over the keys and officially finalise your sale.
